Hi! I’m Machteld. I help develop people, teams, and products.

I do this by:

1. coaching your team through a creative building process. I adhere to the Agile principles & values, not to frameworks. That being said, I am a certified Scrum Master (CSM), Scrum with UX professional (PSU), and have completed an integral coaching course.
2. creating directly for your project. I have 5 years of professional experience as a designer, with a focus on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). I’m also a photographer.

I’ve done this for Colruyt, Acerta, ING, Vlaamse overheid, Nagelmackers, Securex, Nobel Biocare, and many more.
